 Thirteen buildings scattered throughout downtown, with varying degrees of historic integrity. Project encompassed:
  - rehabilitation of each structure limited to 50/50 budget of owner & public grant funds
  - design based on historic research, site investigation, & stabilization needs
  - reestablished facade timeline throughout historic district, approximately 1885-1930
Livingston, Montana 1983-2008
 Facade rehabilitations encouraged by renewed street life in historic district
 (see Blue Slipper Theater below, Pastime Storefront, Truex Storefront )
Red Lodge, Montana 1986
 Conceptual design for thirty-five buildings throughout downtown historic district
